8th Grade Grad Dress....?

Hi! I'm an 13 year old Indian girl. I'm 5"2, medium dark, and have thigh-lenght, straight, long, silky, thick black hair. I'm very thin(stick thin), but I DON'T look anorexic, thankfully! :). I'm flat-chested. I want to wear a simple, and non-revealing dress for my 8th grade graduation. I consider tank-tops, bare-backs, and anything above my knees revealing.(My knees should not be shown in the dress! :) ). I want something that's not too formal, just casual-like a sundress. Babydolls look weird on me since I'm flat chested. So, any suggestions on colors, styles, or anything? How should I wear my super long hair? (Please try to include pics :) !!! :) )

Since it is a V-Neck, you would want to wear a black cami underneath it. And, the way the dress is cut, it would make your chest to appear bigger. The dress would look really cute with black ballet flats.

For this, you would have to have your hair up in hot rollers for about 2 1/2 minutes, and as you are about to take them out, spray your hair with a lot of hairspray. You will look fabulous!
