Im going to a dance at my school and I love the hair style that u get when u take a curling iron and make sprials with each curl.... I have 3 types of irons; small, medium and large. How can I get my hair in that spiral design? thx!

use the medium and small irons. make sure your hair is dry and add some kind of light mousse or gel, whatever you prefer. Then take small sections of hair, starting on the underside of your hair, and use the med. iron. curl the hair. Start at the bottom as normal but then turn the iron so it is vertical, not horizontal. keep winding the curl around the iron till you get to the top and hold it for however long you normally need. then, pull the iron straight down, releasing the clip slightly and allowing the curl to come out in a spiral. do the med. size on the underneath side of the hair and small iron on the top and around your face to frame the curls. pick the curls apart with your fingers gently to shape them, and set with hairspray quickly after shaping them. you might find that it looks like a strange shaped head so try to move the curls around to form a pretty shape and be sure to look at the back. crazy stuff can happen back there if you dont take the entire head of hair into consideration.

I have the world's best European curling ceramic iron, and the way I do it is, i put hair spray every where in my hair, and then I take the curling iron (it's a medium sized one) and I roll my hair up where I want the curl to start and then let sit there (I am holding it by the way) for like 30 seconds and then spray my hair with hair spray so it will hold all day, hope my advice helps!
